You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing. This includes removing personal items and ensuring that there are no hazardous materials present. We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items left in the vehicle.
You must schedule your detailing appointment in advance. We recommend confirming your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your desired service time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.
You agree to waive any claims against Crystal Shine Pros for damages that may occur during the detailing process. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from the use of cleaning products or equipment. You must acknowledge that detailing services carry inherent risks.
